The movie that inspired this poster is Call Me By Your Name. The concept came from the quote from the book/film where Oliver says to Elio, “Call me by your name and I’ll call you by my name.” In this graphic poster, Elio (left) is made up of the name “Oliver”; and Oliver (right) is made up of the name “Elio”.
I made two versions of this poster. The first where each letter is a different color that matches the official poster (If you look at it from a distance, or squint, you can see the characters clearer). In the second, the names are in black on a blue background, drawing the focus to the names.
