Andromeda

“Andromeda” was sculpted in Blender, some modeling done in Maya, xGen hair, and rendered with Arnold. She is an original character I created to explore and push my 3D abilities farther than they have ever gone. I’m really pleased with the results.

This was my third time sculpting in Blender, and I absolutely love it. Of course it’s no ZBrush, but since I’m an amateur, it works perfectly for me. I have been using Maya for the past 3 years, and this program is still surprising me with its abilities. This was my first *successful* attempt using xGen and I’m eager to keep exploring it in future projects.
